This 1,820 car, seven-tier, cast-in-place long-span parking structure features roof-top solar panels, ductile frames, precast concrete cladding, and perforated metal screens.

Winner of a County-sponsored design-build competition. Completed by Parking Design Solutions, a GAA joint venture.

DESCRIPTION:
This 450 car, four-tier parking structure forms an open courtyard with the new Newport Civic Center and is tucked down into the site to maintain views of the ocean, as well as the center itself.

Designed in collaboration with Bohlimn Cywinki Jackson Architects. Completed by Parking Design Solutions, a GAA joint venture.

DESCRIPTION:
Six-story 200,000 quare feet high-rise corporate headquarters including 20,000 square feet ground level restaurant/ live entertainment venue and 30,000 square feet sixth floor banquet facility. Corporate office tenant improvements include training rooms, data center, labs, product demonstration rooms, video and photo studios and video conference rooms.

Rooftop air-cooled chillers create 2,200 kWh of stored ice for use during daytime peak rates.

DESCRIPTION:
A two-building master plan totaling over 500,000 square feet, including a 200,000 square feet, 32’ clear height speculative shell building and a 36’ and 55’ clear height 300,000 square feet plastic bottle recycling and manufacturing plant build-to-suit for rPlanet Earth.

Manufacturing plant features 40,000 amps of power, 10 air changes per hour, H3 storage, two bridge cranes, equipment and silo foundations, and a three-level office.

DESCRIPTION:
This three-story 79,000 square feet office building is similar to the client's adjacent building designed by GAA over 10 years earlier. The new building features elevator access to the roof-top helipad, executive offices, board room, and administrative offices.

The tilt-up concrete ductile frame design reduced foundation and detailing costs while enabling additional glass area.

DESCRIPTION:
One six-story and two three-story office buildings designed to be LEED Certified, and three one-story office buildings totaling approximately 350,000 square feet. A five-level parking structure/self storage building with 40 foot high retaining walls raises the site to allow excellent visibility along the 91 Freeway.

DESCRIPTION:
Ten concrete tilt-up industrial buildings totaling 542,700 square feet, ranging in size from 27,000 to 165,000 square feet, on a 24 acre infill site. Buildings were built directly over abandoned wells and with methane gas mitigation systems. Built-to-Suits include Z. Cavarrici, CF Kent Hospitality, Uninex International, Metal Mart, California Overnite, Woodworkers Hardware, Boreem, and Cal-Royal Products, Inc.

DESCRIPTION:
This two-building project on a 16.54 acre site consists of TAWA's corporate headquarters, a central kitchen, cold storage, and distribution center. Each building features 32' clear height. Building 1 totals approximately 179,000 square feet, including a dry good grocery warehouse with 9,000 square feet office/training tenant improvements.
Building 2 total approximately 194,000 square feet, including nearly 50,000 square feet of office on two levels, 30,000 square feet of freezer and cold storage for perishable products, and a central kitchen.

The USDA certified central kitchen will prepare pre-packaged and ready-to-eat products for Southern California stores.
