Buildings 8 and 9 were combined for a build-to-suit spice mixing plant for Saratoga.

Masterplan provides uniquely generous truck/trailer base camps.

DESCRIPTION:
This two building complex totaling approximately 74,000 square feet posed unique challenges to overcome. The site required GAA to come up with innovative solutions in order to accommodate all the requirements for trucking, parking, and equipment, and the high-hazard nature of the facility required a high degree of knowledge and skill to create an efficient and viable design.

This facility provides administrative offices as well as e-waste recycling and gold refining plant which required H2, H3, H4, F1, S, and B occupancies.

DESCRIPTION:
A two-building master plan totaling over 500,000 square feet, including a 200,00 square feet, 32' clear height speculative shell building and a 36' and 55' clear height 300,000 square feet plastic bottle recycling and manufacturing plant build-to-suit for rPlanet Earth.

Manufacturing plant features 40,000 Amps of power, 10 air changes per hour, H3 storage, two bridge cranes, equipment and silo foundations, and a three-level office.

DESCRIPTION:
This four-building business park, totaling over 138,000 square feet, was masterplanned to avoid a large existing storm drain and the architecture was designed to reflect Inwindale's Hispanic heritage. Building A, B, C, and D measure at 27,914 SF, 27,618 SF, 37,222 SF, and 40,900 SF, respectively.

Rock accent walls pay homage to Irwindale’s quarry heritage and the adjacent historic church.
